Installer
The position requires high energy, small tool experience, ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 70 pounds. Basic blueprint reading, welding and grinding skills would be a bonus.
Responsibilities
Service/Install trash chutes, laundry chutes, compactors, and tenant storage lockers.
Work autonomously to complete all assigned work with little field supervision.
Weekly travel with most weekends off. All expenses paid when traveling. You must have a valid and clean drivers license. This is a salaried position with benefits.

We are looking for a Human Resource/Administrative associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and handling HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor. QuickBooks experience a plus. We are a fast-paced small business. Modern office setting.
